Lately, I’ve been obsessed with something fire-breathing and utterly epic, i.e. House of the Dragon!
But hold on a sec, before we jump headfirst into the epic drama of the show, there’s a burning question on everyone’s mind (including mine!):
Is House of Dragons based on a book?
Bam! because the answer is a resounding YES! House of the Dragon actually draws inspiration from a book titled Fire & Blood by the one and only George R.R. Martin, the mastermind behind the entire A Song of Ice and Fire series (aka the world that gave birth to Game of Thrones). Fire & Blood isn’t a traditional novel, but rather a historical account of the Targaryen dynasty, detailing their rise, reign, and well, let’s just say things get a tad bit fiery.
